SAPCC – Symmetric.

This week’s theme for SAPCC was Symmetric. I spent this past Memorial Day weekend in Ocean City, MD where I found this awesome motel courtyard. This was on the boardwalk at the shore where I spent most of the day Saturday riding roller coasters and people watching my face off. I can’t wait to go back and shoot more when I have more time to explore.

PS. There is a state park in MD where they have wild ponies running the beach! Unfortunately they were all asleep or something but I didn’t see one damn pony. Not one. Maybe you have to call ahead.

SAPCC – Grain.

This week’s theme for SAPCC was Grain. I shot a charity event for the Philadelphia Senior Center this past Thursday and I found this on the walk back to my car. I miss walking around taking pictures at night. Easy fix though. Cut to me out all night.

The Stars Align.

Well they aligned for 3 SAPCC members this week. (Renee, we wish you had been there!) Michael came up from NC for his mother in law’s 60th birthday party and Conni and I crashed the party for cake and photo talk. The cake was freakin awesome and I had a blast playing with these two. This would be a weekly thing if Michael didn’t insist on living states away from me. Sorry about that…mini fit.
So we got to hang out and play around outside and here are some of my favorites from the day.

SAPCC – Comfort.

This Week’s theme for SAPCC was Comfort. Nailing down something that gives me comfort was pretty difficult. Things that I love and that make me happy…TV/Movies, Camera stuff, Good Music, Camera talk, Candy, Anything to do with cameras really, Funny people, Animals, Soda, Exploring, Hoodies & the list could go on and on. Right now at this moment where I find my comfort is coffee. My attention span is pretty short though so this could change before I post this…just sayin.

SAPCC Monthly – Monsters.

Here we go with another Monthly SAPCC theme! This Month’s theme was Monsters. My first idea was to do a ‘Corporate Takeover’ by aliens and demons but can you believe it was like pulling teeth to get people to be in the picture. So I bagged that idea and moved on. My next idea was to do portraits of Sock Puppet Monsters. Inanimate objects always say yes. I stitched, I sewed, I pinned, I taped and I built 4 Monsters from stratch for your viewing pleasure. Below we have Dracula, Werewolf, Frankenstein’s monster and Mummy.

SAPCC – Metal.

This week’s Theme for SAPCC was Metal and for my shot I found this old rusted up metal building to shoot. I wanted to go inside but for some reason all the doors were chained up and locked. Why is the world so untrusting? I just want to explore where I want and not be bothered. Is that too much to ask?? This is why I think invisibility would be the best power. Well, only if you could turn it on and off at will. Mind control would kinda be amazing too. Just sayin.
